EuropeanCupid.com will terminate the membership of errant members and will report such abuses to the police.
- You agree not to engage in any unsolicited mass distribution of e-mails inclusive of junk, spam, chain letters and abusive mail. Members are kindly requested to report such abuse to the management of EuropeanCupid.com.
- You agree not to harass others by attempting to communicate with someone who has expressly asked you to cease communications.
- You agree not to use EuropeanCupid.com for any unauthorized commercial purposes without prior written permission from the management of EuropeanCupid.com.
- You agree not to solicit or attempt to solicit any money from any member of this website and members that you know from 1-1 introduction service provided by EuropeanCupid.com.
- You agree not to include identifying information, including but not limited to your full name, phone number, e-mail address, MSN account, Yahoo Messenger account, ICQ number or any URL in your Profile.
- If you are not a paying member, then you agree not to post your email address, phone number messaging system to other free members.
- Whilst active steps have been taken to protect members, EuropeanCupid.com will not be held responsible for the misconduct of the online members.
